Scrubbed In - Cambridge

Scrubbed In 2025 was the inaugural event for the Scrub The Stigma Cambridge branch, held at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge. Hosted by the newly-formed Cambridge branch committee, this served as our introduction to students at the university. True to the theme, our participants styled our trademark pink scrubs!
We introduced the charity’s mission, pillars and projects, including the Educate programme and upcoming branch events. This was followed by a range of activities including a quiz on Cambridge and women’s health, painting, creating Scrub The Stigma tote bags and jewellery-making. Throughout these activities, attendees were able to discuss their experiences of healthcare, learned more about Scrub The Stigma and make new friends in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
